Agent Agreement

This Agent Agreement governs your participation in the Chatbot Genie Agent Program as an independent agent or sub-agent. By registering as an agent, you agree to the terms below in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

Upon approval, each agent is assigned a unique 8-digit Agent ID reflecting the date of registration. Your Agent ID and a hashed referral link are used to attribute the businesses and sub-agents you refer.

You earn a direct commission of 20% of net revenue from voice-credit purchases (Web Bot and Call Bot) made by businesses you personally sponsor. Net revenue means the sum of new purchases in the prior month, less any refunds or chargebacks.

If you sponsor another agent ("sub-agent"), you earn a 50% override on your sub-agent's direct commission for every sale they generate. For example, on a $100 sale, your sub-agent earns $20 in direct commission (20%), and you earn $10 (50% of your sub-agent's $20 commission).

Commission attribution is based on leads submitted through the Lead Manager CRM. The first agent to submit a given lead receives attribution for that business.

The sponsoring agent recorded on a business at the time of signup is snapshotted permanently to that business record. If agent sponsorship relationships change later, past commissions are not recalculated or affected.

Commission is calculated from Chatbot Genie's payment processor records. There is no minimum payout threshold and no automatic payout schedule; payments are issued manually via your selected method (Check, PayPal, or Venmo).

Commission amounts tied to a refunded or charged-back transaction will be clawed back or excluded from the next payout run.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Commission earned on transactions completed prior to termination remains payable; no commission accrues on transactions occurring after termination.

Chatbot Genie may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the Agent Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
